Where do I send my artwork when I am ready to order?
Artwork can be sent to graphics@fischerpaperproducts.com. Please be sure to copy your Customer Service and Sales Representative when sending your artwork.
My art file(s) is too large to email. What should I do?
We accept art via email attachments up to 7MB. If your file is too large, you may try compressing your artwork into a (zip) file before sending it. If it’s still too large to email, we recommend using “WeTransfer” to send your artwork, a free and easy way for sending large files. Visit https://www.wetransfer.com and follow the instructions.
What is needed for the fastest and easiest processing of my art?
Clean, vector artwork with all fonts (provided or converted) and the uncoated Pantone (U) colors required for printing called out.
I want to print a picture on my bag. Can I do that?
We can print low-resolution facsimiles of photos as a 1-color halftone screen. Full color imaging is not possible as we do not offer in-line process printing. All screens are printed as 65 lpi (lines per inch).
How long does it take to receive a proof?
Electronic proofs are typically sent out in 3 business days.
What will I get for final approval?
An approval packet will be sent to you containing a flat proof, hand sample, ink drawdowns, and an approval form for your signature.
I want to share the proof you created with my customer, but I don’t want the Fischer Paper logo on it. Could you provide a version without the logo?
Yes. If you request a “blind” proof, we will send you a PDF with our logo removed. We can even replace our logo with yours if you supply an image file of your logo.
